Prologue

The forest trembled beneath the echo of gunfire. Each corner of its vast expanse whispered of danger—its ancient silence now torn apart by the invaders’ ruthless assault.

Countless footprints had desecrated the sacred soil, and even the air had grown heavy, thick with the struggle to survive. Cries and gunshots mingled—tribal warriors and city men alike fell one after another, their blood soaking into the land they fought for.

“What’s happening? We must protect our people,” the Pratham Rakshak commanded, his voice steady despite the chaos.

The other guardian beside him gave a curt nod. Both reached behind, drawing their arrows in perfect unison. Their eyes locked onto the man who laughed amidst the slaughter, firing his gun without a flicker of remorse.

The forest’s chorus changed—birds shrieked in terror, their wings slicing through the air as they fled. Animals scattered wildly, their instincts screaming of doom. Then, from deep within the heart of the woods, came a sound that froze every breath in its wake—

A roar.

Thunderous, primal, and filled with power. The very ground seemed to shudder as if bowing to the one who had made it. Many trembled, but a few—those sworn to the forest’s soul—stood their ground, their spirits unbroken.

The two Rakshaks released their arrows.

They flew swift and silent—death carried on the wind. One arrow struck true, piercing the invader’s brow. His laughter died in a sharp gasp as the gun slipped from his grasp and hit the earth. The poisoned arrow had already claimed him.

Encouraged, the sena rained down a storm of arrows. Men fell like broken branches, yet even among the defenders, pain and loss rippled through. Some of the tribal warriors were struck—blood staining the bark of the trees they hid behind, the grass beneath their feet. They took cover behind trunks, stones, and wild undergrowth, while the invaders pushed forward through the heart of the forest.

The roar came again—louder this time, closer.

Even the bravest of the tribe faltered for a heartbeat, knowing who the voice belonged to.

And why wouldn’t they?

For this was no ordinary beast.

This was Raka—the lion who ruled the forest.

The creature whose name alone could silence the wild.

“Adityanath okae?” The Pratham Rakshak asked as he saw his people's geeting injured brutally. "Uni bhitri re duka’ ko rokh’ kana, kichhu hor’ bhitri duka’ jana!." His voice come hoarse, immediately

(A/N: They are speaking in their tribal language)

(Where is Adityanath?)

(He is stopping the invaders from entering in the tribal! Some have already invaded inside.)

Soon they heard the sound of paddles and the roar coming more clearly. And they understood that the beast had arrived and now no one can save the invaders from this ruthless beast.

"Ing Adityanath re calao kana, noa jaiga’ dekha’ me!" The Pratham Rakshak said as the other gave a nod of encouragement and then the Pratham Rakshak went away to the chief of the tribe.

(I am going to AdityaNath, You must take care of here!)

A loud sound got heard as one of the city man fell with a thud because the beast had attacked. Raka had been entered! And now no one can save the invaders, not even their own people's. The other tribal people's did not stop as they finally appeared from the shadows and start freeing the arrows to the city people's.

Raka lunged on a man and then with a brutal and terrifying motion, he split the chest of that man with his nails, the blood pour out like water. the man screamed as Raka bite him so hard on his neck -- plucking his skin out. The fire behind Raka's eyes was undeniable as though he was not able to see the destruction which these invaders had unleashed in his Kingdom.

The sound of other animals filled the forest, the terrified sound of groan, chirruping.. everything feel so scary that for a moment-- even the tribal people's got scared. Raka after killing that man brutally, quickly lunged on the other who was Firing continuously. And with a loud groan he plucked the hand out of that man's body.

Raka did not budged for even a second as he brutally killed the men. one by one his claws got tainted with their blood. But Raka look like-- something deadly had completely consumed him as he did not stop. His whole body was covered in thick blood.

"Uni kabu’ re nai kana.." One of the tribal man whispered to the other while breathing heavily, his eyes wide as he took in the deadly scene in front of him.

(He is beyond control!)

When each person got killed at that spot, Raka come in front, his eyes blazing with undeniable hunger of blood, his mouth covered in blood completed. His claws, his whole body was covered in blood that for a moment every tribal man backed away.

He was standing there with his terrified look when suddenly a loud groan escaped from his mouth as he fell with a thud. A lot of blood pour out from his body and then everyone present there who got frozen-- noticed the deep wound on Raka's body which happened because..

Because A man had shoot him! The man was bleeding completely, his shirt was torn, his eyes was blazing with fire but his hands were trembling with fear. And with that same terrifying look he shoot again!

This time the bullet pass through Raka's chest as he groaned more loudly. But then with a undeniable courage-- Raka stood, he stood with a groan, with a power, with a courage that left everyone frozen at that place and then Without any warning He jumped!

He jumped so up with a loud groan and directly lunged on the man.

The man saw him, his eyes locked with Raka's blood shot eyes. His mouth opened in fear as the gun slipped from his hand and fell on the ground. His breath turned heavy as Raka finally lunged on him completely.

"AAAAAA!!!"The man shouted and fall on the ground with Raka on top of him, despite the blood, despite the bullet which got fired on Raka.. he did not budged, he killed the man with so Much brutality. his nails peeling the man's skin as though he is completely consumed by blood.

"Raka!!" The tribal man said who was with the Pratham Rakshak some times ago. He tried to go toward Raka but the moment he saw Raka completey consumed by all of this.. he backed away and he better know to don't go close to Raka when he himself is not in his senses.

Raka groaned so much, The blood was coming out from his body like water but he did not stop, he killed this man untill the man became beyond recognisable. And then with a tired groan he fell beside the man.. The pain shoot through him but before closing his eyes-- his eyes went to the deep of the forest and from where he saw her lioness coming.. Mriguli..

Mriguli come toward him with so much urgency, her own breath was heavy as she ran so fast, She roared so much and then Raka closed his eyes.. The blur image of Mriguli was in front of him.

The trial people's quickly rushed toward him, their steps was heavy as he took in the broken form of Raka.

But this night is not ended yet...
